ABRAHAM - RHINOPLASTY WITH CHIN IMPLANT

After researching rhinoplasty before and after pictures on the internet, Abraham decided to undergo his cosmetic nose surgery to reduce the size of his nose. Dr. Smaili  performed a closed rhinoplasty to address Abraham's concerns. To create better harmony of the face and to address concerns with an under pronounced chin, Dr. Smaili performed liposuction on the bottom part of the chin and inserted a chin implant. The combination of procedures resulted in a balanced, more masculine appearance.

KIRSTY - RHINOPLASTY WITH BREAST AUGMENTATION & BREAST LIFT

Although Kirsty's main concern was enlarging her breasts, she also wanted to enhance the appearance of her nose. In pictures, she did not like its long appearance  She was also unhappy with the tip of her nose. She felt it was too pointy. Her rhinoplasty results were acheived using a closed technique, meaning that the incisions were made inside the nose, leaving no visible scars. After surgery, Kirsty was excited about her fuller bust line and more aesthically pleasing nose.

NATASHA - RHINOPLASTY WITH BREAST AUGMENTATION

Natasha never felt confident with her appearance due to what she considered a large nose and under-developed breasts. After visiting many plastic surgeons, Natasha decided to undergo her rhinoplasty and breast augmentation with Dr. Smaili at California Surgical Institute. She felt as if she was hiding behind her nose and that it held people back from seeing her eyes. Her goal after rhinoplasty was to have a nose that "fit" her face. After both procedures Natasha now has a more womanly figure and a nose that compliments her facial features. She tells of her gratitude for her results and how happy she is that friends now compliment her beautiful eyes.
