This new approach provides a vertical vector

 The
Midface B device eliminates fixation suture
by affixing the fixation platform and leash
to the infraorbital rim with a bioabsorbable
screw anchor. Once attached, the total height
of the leash and screw-anchor is less than
1.0 mm to minimize palpability.
