He is adept in the full range of modern aesthetic plastic surgery with expertise in rhinoplasty (nose job), face lifts, blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery), breast augmentation, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and liposuction. His surgical training and use of life-changing technology began with internship and residency in General Surgery at New York University affiliated hospitals. He completed his General Surgery training at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey affiliated hospitals, where he held the position of Chief Resident at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

After meeting training requirements, Dr. Jarrahnejad became a Diplomate of The American Board of Surgery. Dr. Jarrahnejad then completed a prestigious accredited fellowship in Orthopaedics-Hand Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City with world-renowned hand surgeon Dr. Charles P. Melone, Jr., who is considered a pioneer in the field of hand surgery.

Dr. Jarrahnejad honed his skills in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center in Michigan. There, he was trained by distinguished plastic surgeons including the world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Ian T. Jackson at The Craniofacial Institute. Dr. Jackson, who was the head of Plastic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic, is considered one of the true 'Fathers' of plastic surgery.

Dr. Jarrahnejad is widely published, contributing to multiple professional journals of surgery. He has made numerous presentations to prestigious symposiums at the local, regional, and national level. He is a Candidate for Membership of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and he is an Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His professional memberships and affiliations include the American Medical Association, California Medical Association, Los Angeles County Medical Association, National Cosmetic Network, and American College of Surgeons.
