i am so grateful to the staff of california surgical institute. I am the type of person who gets very nervous about any surgery, and when i had my appointment for breast reduction i was a nervous wreck but when i got to the office, the staff were so friendly and courteous.they assured me that everything will be fine and when i saw dr. smaili and he explained every little detail i had about the surgery , i was so happy.i had a breast reduction surgery and everyday when i wake up and look at the mirror i say thank you dr smaili for bieng such a great surgeon and for being an attentive gentlemen. you have made my life so easy and your touch made another person so happy.keep up the good work and i gladly refer every person i know to you because i know very well that they are in good hands.

Out of all the doctors I had visited, you were my #1 choice. Aside from your extensive experience, you stood out against the rest as being the most talented, affordable, and trustworthy of the selection to choose from.

Before my surgery I lacked a great amount of confidence. At the age of 20 I felt like I was trapped in a 60 year old women's set of discusting saggy, flat boobs. I had a daughter, and breastfed for 10 months. Due to the brestfeeding my boobs became from a perky C cup to a saggy, flat, fully stretched marked, B cup. I was so embarassed I never showed cleavage, and hated trying on new clothes. I didn't feel my age, and I felt my youth was taken away from me.

Dr. Smaili gave me my donut breast lift, and breast augmentation. I was able to wear the clothes I want and I felt sexy and confident for my 21st birthday. I'm not only perky again but I'm perky with more fullness and roundness. I am now a model and feel beautiful and young again. I had surgery on Friday and was back to work on Monday ( although I don't recommend everyone try that).
Dr.Sajjadian and his staff made feel comfortable answered every question I had, even the crazy ones.
