I had been contemplating breast augmentation for the last three years and could never find a surgeon I felt confidence in. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr Smaili and immediately felt at ease. He answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. I then scheduled the surgery back in September 2009 and am very pleased with the results. I would highly recomend California Surgical Institute to anyone that asks. Hats off to the staff in Upland, including the nurses and all involved. Lets hope Dr Smaili will be around for years too come! Thank You all for your service.

I am 67 years old! I have given birth to two kids.I have gained weight and had what they called an "muffin apron". I went to see Dr. Smaili on a whim. I NEVER thought that I would be sitting there asking about a tummy tuck and Liposuction. I met Toni and she was so friendly and what a great personality, I felt comfortable and I said yes, why not?I am so happy with my new look. Everytime I look in the mirror I see myself for the first time.DR.Smaili is a artist.For me he created a masterpiece. Thank you, and I am glad I could this jouney with caring and supportive people.

Your staff was suuuuper friendly, welcoming and informative. Your facility on the inside was very clean modern and inviting. It was only my first consultation, but I will keep your facility and staff in mind when I make a final decision on where I want to have my surgery done.

I really enjoyed my visit, might of fact I referred my cousin. U felt very comfortable with meeting the doctor. He gave me detailed information about the procedures. I also received detailed information about financing. I must say I'm very excited and can't wait to book my surgery! Thank you!

Everything was perfect and the staff is very friendly and comforting. I wouldn't recommend for anything to be changed and Dr. Khalil was a terrific doctor!
