Diane seems like a really nice lady who is good to work for who I feel bad for because of her pending divorce and the upstart of the spa and medical portion merging....it's a lot to take on. That being said, at the risk of sounding mean Diane, honey you need to back off on the injectables especially the lips. The first thing I noticed is that you look really "done". You are very pretty but my god, it's just too much to the point of looking freaky....if you were just a little more natural you would be gorgeous and look just that....natural.
