Breast Augmentation = New Modeling Career

Perhaps you’ve heard that plastic surgery often changes lives, usually through new confidence.

But sometimes, the person acquires assets that have workplace value.

Such was the case with Lexy, now 22, who became an in-demand model after a breast augmentation and a breast lift.

“At 20, I gave birth to my daughter,” Lexy told the CSI BLOG. “As a first-time mom, I was more than happy to nurse my baby, but I did not know the effect childbirth and nursing would have on my breasts.”

For most women, the breasts grow larger during pregnancy and then fill with milk after childbirth. That stretches the skin beyond the point of rebound. As time goes on, the new breast tissues shrink, milk production ceases while the bosom shrinks back to its pre-childbirth size.

However, the stretched skin provides very little support and allows the breasts to sag. In some cases, more than in others.

“I nursed for 10 months,” Lexy says. “Before pregnancy, I had nice, perky C-cup breasts. But afterwards, my breasts went all flat and saggy. I felt like I had the breasts of 60-year-old woman and there I was, still only 20!”

Lexy was embarrassed by the change and made sure her cleavage never showed; she also came to hate trying on new clothes.

“Basically, I felt like my youth had been taken away,” she says.

So Lexy got on her computer and started researching breast lift and breast enlargement. She found a testimonial from a patient pleased with her own cosmetic surgery at California Surgical Institute (CSI), read more and eventually made a consultation appointment.

Long story short: Lexy had a breast lift and augmentation by CSI founder, medical director and Beverly Hills board-certified plastic surgeon Tarick K. Smaili, M.D. who inserted D-size saline breast implants.

“After recover at 21, I then felt confident, sexy and could wear the clothes I wanted,” Lexy says.

Because Lexy likes social networking, she put a picture of her new look online. Soon, a social network contact asked her to model at a car show.

“I could not believe the money I was making!” Lexy says.

At that car show, more modeling offers came in. And each modeling assignment lead to yet another job…..and another and another.

“I couldn’t have asked for anything more,” Lexy says. “The CSI surgery turned my life around!”
