Brachioplasty, more commonly known as an arm lift, offers two techniques to remove excess drooping skin on the arms due to aging and gravity or massive weight loss. More commonly the incision is made down the arm above the elbow, but in cases requiring less skin to be removed the incision may be made in the arm pit.
